Doorbell D235 app shows "No recordings"
Doorbell D235 app shows "No recordings"
I've 2 D235 and this has happened to both a few times. Both same revision and same firmware
They'll be working away and then one day all the recordings can't been seen it just says "No recordings" . It shows events and the image from the event but doesn't show that video if i click on it. I've continous recording on and can't look back over at any random none event time either.
I've them hardwired and set to continous recording and loop. SD cards arn't the cheap ones I got the higher end endurance for CCTV
When I look as the SD card on the app it's full but loop is on and it says its good, and if i remve sd card and look at it on a laptop the videos are there. reinserting doesn't make them show up.
Formatting the card allows it to start working again, but I lose anything on it and even if I swapped them out or did backups to keep it going it won't have recorded anything after the issue starts.

This might be another issue unrelated to this post if your device is Tapo C420. Check the SD card status, try to reinsert the SD card. Format the SD card and monitor whether the problem will reoccur (backup the videos to a computer if there are important contents).

Hi all, i alo have the same issue where, when the 512GB Sandisk High Endurance SD Card is full i see only the screen grabs but i cannot play the video and i noticed the recording is not recording anymore but it still detects and provide screen grabs on the bottom list but i cannot play it with a black screen.
I noticed this is a issue with everyone when i googled this issue.
The people affected all have the latest update build and are wired with loop recording turned on.
In order to get back the continuous recording i have to reformat the SD card to become empty again. So when the SD card is full it stpos recording sop there's an issue with loop recording here and not the issue with the SD Cards.
Can we have a resolution to this matter urgently please?
Thanks
