I AM FACING THE POOR PICTURE QUALITY PICTURE IS TOTALLY BLURR PEOPLE FACE IS NOT CLEAR TO SEE. I AM TOTALLY UNSATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY OF TAPO

Hi,
You can refer to the following steps to check if the image quality will improve.
    1. Make sure the camera lens is clean and ensure that your Tapo app is updated.
    2. Go to the camera's Device Settings>Video & Display>Video Quality page to select the high-quality option.
    3. Reboot the camera to disconnect other devices that may be streaming the camera, and watch the camera using only your device.

 

If there is no improvement, could you please send us a video showing the reported issue?
