C310 camera reacts to moving lights and shadows
My smart cameras both react to moving lights and shadows, but shouldn't.
What should I do?
My cameras are C310 and 8cc0
They have the sensitivity to bottom, and still react to moving car lights and tree branch shadows moving by the wind.
They have the latest updates and I don't know what to do with them now.
Sincerely yours

Hi,
The basic camera's detection mechanism is based on image changes between different frames. The frame is one of the many still images which compose the complete moving picture. If there is a difference between the frames, the camera will recognize it as a motion detected. It's normal for the camera to detect the moving car lights and tree branch shadows moving by the wind.
In your situation, please try to set the activity zones for the camera's Motion Detection feature and check if it helps.
Best Regards
