Hello,

When the doorbell rings, I can answer the call on my phone, hear the sound clearly, but the microphone does not work—the person on the other end cannot hear me. Turning the microphone on or off during the call doesn’t resolve the issue.

However, if the call is dropped and I initiate a new call from my phone, the microphone works perfectly, and both sides can hear each other.

Is there a way to fix the microphone issue specifically during incoming calls from the doorbell?

Do you have another phone or a tablet? Try to test another mobile device to check if there is similar problem.
