We have a Tesla Powerwall and the grid went away as it often does here in Puerto Rico.  My new KS225 switches were online but the manual switches wouldn't work.  I couldn't turn my lights on or off. 
 

after power cycling the circuit breaker they came back.  
 

this seems like a really bad failure mode, you can't manually turn the lights on or off even though I can see the switch in the app and also turn it on or off in the app and nothing happens. This is the first time that's happened. I have several of these switches. Hopefully, it won't happen every single time. Has anyone seen this or have a idea how to fix it?
