Solution Tapo P304M Unresponsive in Matter Platform Apps After a Reboot (e.g. Apple Home, Alexa, Google Home)

Description
The Tapo P304M is linked to a third-party Matter platform and can be controlled using their respective apps, such as Apple Home app, Alexa app, and Google Home app. After the Tapo P304M reboots, it may become unresponsive or appear offline in the Matter-enabled apps.
Resetting the smart plug and re-adding it to the Matter-enabled apps can restore the connection.
Solution
The problem will be fixed in the next firmware version.
Workaround
1. Option One. Reset the smart plug and re-add it to the Matter platform apps. Then avoid restarting the smart plug again.
