Hi,
I've had the C410 for exactly a week, and when I turned it on for the first time, I updated it to the latest available version.
The camera worked non-stop for a week without any problems, but today it has been offline since this morning.
There are no problems with the network.
I see in the web application that the C410 has successfully connected to the network.
In the TAPO application, the camera has the Offline status all the time.
Hardware version: 1.0
Software version: 1.0.23 build 241119
Any ideas?

You need to reboot the camera manually with pressing the on/off button on it for min 3s.

Same here. Bought my cams on Amazon, wrote to the customer support, that one of my cam has serious issues and is no longer usable and now sending it back to Amazon/TP-Link. Getting my money back of course. Now you can handle your screwed firmware. Bought a new one on Amazon and it has fw 1.0. Now it works. Stopped automatic updates of course. This is really annoying. Think my other cams are coming back to you the same way (4 cams at all).

Been using the beta firmware for the past week and have no offline issues.

The only odd thing that is happening is with the notifications, when someone or something triggers the dettection i get mutiple notifications instead of one, like every second just if it was the first time the notifications pops up.
