H200 with TC82

I cant connect my TC82 to my H200. Is there any chance for firmware update or should i switch to other brand?

The TC82 just released new firmware this month that supports connecting to the H200 -- setting up WiFi backup and using hub storage. How to connect Tapo Wi-Fi Cameras/doorbells with Tapo Hub
You may check if your device has received the new firmware. New firmware is usually released in stages, if your device hasn't received the new version, don't worry and wait patiently, the release scale will be increased gradually.

- Tapo H200 - firmware: 1.4.0 and later versions.
*Both camera and the hub should be updated to use this feature.

@Wayne-TP I have 2 x TC82 and none of them can connect to H200 hub. All devices have been updated to latest firmware. Based in Ireland. Will firmware be updated on devices to allow connection, or do I need a different hub?

Has the camera been set up successfully yet? Please note that the camera must be connected to the router first, before enabling the hub storage and WiFi backup features. How to connect Tapo Wi-Fi Cameras/doorbells with Tapo Hub
To connect camera to the hub, make sure both devices are on the same local network. If you're using an iOS device, ensure the Local Network permission is enabled for the Tapo app.
