My Pan & Tilt Function Not In User Interface. Before this just normal to control the camera..Someone help?

Hi, 
Please note that the Tapo C310 is not a Pan & Tilt camera, and you can't find the Pan & Tilt function on its Live View page on the Tapo app.

Please note that the Tapo C310 is not a Pan & Tilt camera, and you can't find the Pan & Tilt function on its Live View page on the Tapo app.
