Sorry if this been asked before. First day user here.
May I know when i download video saved from SD card, duration is just short like 2 to 3 minutes despite i set continuous recording more than 12 hours?
Anything i missed out somewhere?

On the Tapo app > camera's Playback & Download > Playback page, if you download the detection video clips, it is normal for them to be only about 2-3 minutes long.
You can refer to the instructions below to download the video recordings from the SD card if your camera supports the Clip & Download feature. However, the maximum length of the downloaded video clips is 10 minutes.
