Have set up working OK. 

 

However when it mapped the room it has blacked out areas on the map. (Where the Sofas are etc.) - I cannot get it to automatically clean this area if I move the furniture out the way - Surely I don't have to remap the house every time I want to clean under the sofa or dining table?

 

Have tried Zones - marking as furniture but it will not clean in that area - unless I manually drive it.

 

Also registered a case with support (TKID250143380)

The robot vacuum scans the environment and updates its map while cleaning. If you move your sofa, the machine can detect that the area is accessible and will clean it, unless you have set a no-go zone or virtual wall in that area on the map.

What is the height of the space under your sofa? If it is close to the height of the robotic vacuum, this could hinder the vacuum's ability to access that area. Additionally, if there are blankets or decorative fabrics hanging down and blocking the entrance under the sofa, please remove them while the vacuum is mapping.

The RV30 is never going to get underneath the sofa - I don't expect it to.

 

I do want it to realise when the sofa is moved so it can clean underneath it. (without a complete remap every time or manually driving it)
