If you have set up the camera successfully on the first phone, on the 2nd phone, you can log in to the Tapo app with your TP-Link account, and then you can control the camera on it.
If your 2nd phone has used another TP-Link account to log into the Tapo app but want to stream the camera, you can share your camera with the 2nd TP-Link account. Below are the instructions.
