Voice from the street outside is always on. I don't understand how to switch it off.

Hi,
Usually, On the Tapo app > doorbell camera's Live View page, you can tap the microphone button to adjust/reduce the volume of the microphone and check if it helps.


Can you send us a video showing the issue if the problem remains? You can record the video on the camera's Live View page manually.
