without Internet access, do I have access to my camera from the same Wi-Fi network ?
Does the camera continue to work when there is an internet cut-off ? Détection, storage, movement ? Please

After the camera is configured successfully and connected to the internet, you can control it locally and remotely. However, if you block the internet to the camera on your router, but the camera remains connected to the router's Wi-Fi and has an IP address, you can access it when your phone connects to the same Wi-Fi.
In this situation, the Detection and Local Storage features keep working since they do not need an internet connection.
