I purchased & installed and it worked great. When the battery died I recharged and it now stays on white for about 30 seconds and then flashes goes red twice orange once than red & back to white.

In the app I am trying to reconnect to the internet but the device is not coming up. I have tried to troubleshoot but no joy.

Any suggestions before I return?

Hi,
If the LED on the doorbell camera keeps changing the state and color, and the doorbell shows the offline state on the Tapo app, please try to factory reset the doorbell by pressing the reset button for more than 5 seconds, then reconfigure it when it has a flashing red and green light, and check if it will work fine.
