Tapo C720 Floodlight Remains on
Tapo C720 Floodlight Remains on
I've installed the C720 and set it up in the app. Everything works fine, except the light comes on permanently at sunset. I then have to turn it off manually.
I have disabled the Floodlight setting, but it still turns on at sunset. I also tried setting it to only turn on at 23:59 and turns off at 0:00 but that hasn't worked either.
I've also rebooted the camera several times.
Have I got a faulty camera?

Hi,
If you want the floodlight not to turn on when you sit outside in the dark, you can go to the camera's Device Settings > Floodlight Settings > Auto On Settings > Sensor to cancel all detection areas and tap Camera to turn off all detection types temporarily. Then, change the settings back if you want the camera to turn on the Floodlight when detecting events.
Best Regards
