I have three Tapo C200 cameras ,

when my phone is connected to home wifi , the cameras will show off line on the app , if i turn off wifi and use 5G on my phone they  come back on line , i have a mixture of new and only ( one year) camera , all up to date with updates, this problem is random, i have an outdoor camera , doorbell , wifi plugs and temperature sensors that all work 

when phone is connected to wifi at work all is good 

any ideas ??

Hi,
Your problem may be related to your home network diagram or the settings on your network devices(such as VLAN, firewall rules, etc.).

 

Please check the Wi-Fi network that the Tapo C200 connects to, connect your phone to the same Wi-Fi, and then check if the camera will display the online status on your phone.
