Model: Tapo D230S1  
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: 1.1.19

Clips record to the cloud (Tapo Care) okay, but nothing gets recorded to the SD card for some reason.

 

Card has been formatted and says it's working.

Local recording is turned on.

Schedule is set to record all days/times.

 

Any ideas why nothing is on the SD card? My other 2 Tapo cameras record to their cards okay, but the doorbell won't.

  @Wayne-TP formatting it again seemed to work. Not sure why, as I already formatted when I set it up. But it looks like it's now recording to the card.

Try to format the SD card again and see if that helps. 

 

What's the brand and model of the SD card on the D230? Try to change a different SD card if you have one.
