I use two phones for my camera. I have logged in to both and I'm told that on one, my password is wrong. I've checked and I used identical passwords on both phones. I'm now locked out for 30 minutes on one phone. Going to cancel tapo care if this isn't fixed.

Hi,
Typically, you can log in to the Tapo app on different phones simultaneously when using the same TP-Link account. Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
  1. Are you using the same email address when logging into the Tapo apps?
  2. What's the model number and OS version of your two phones?
  3. When you type the password, please pay attention to the capital and lowercase. Some phones may automatically capitalize the first letter.
