I have the tapo outdoor camera , currently using it in doors to video outside untill I can get it installed outside.
The picture/video is crystal clear one moment then the next you cannot see anything.

1. Do you have a problem at night or daytime?
2. Is the camera placed behind a window?
3. Could you please send us a video showing the reported issue? You can upload the video to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download it, and send me(@Solla-topee) the link via a private message.
