Not panning when recording

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. How do you test the camera won't pan when recording?
2. Have you stored the video recordings on the inserted SD card or our cloud server?
3. If the camera stores the video recordings to the SD card, please go to the camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording page, and send me a picture of this page and a picture of the Recording Schedule page.
