Whenever I select download from camera I am showed a blank grey icon under downloads with time of 00:00. The download won't play and when I save it it is the same.
It allows me to download daytime videos but not those during the night. Why would that be?

Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. Please ensure the Tapo app is up to date. If not, install the latest Tapo app for a try.
2. Do you download the video recordings from the SD card or our cloud server?
3. Can you watch the downloaded video recordings when on the Playback > SD card page or cloud icon page?
