Can't add camera to plan
I just started a subscription.
However, I'm unable to add the camera to my plan.
If I go to My Tapo > Select camera, there's just an empty list.
I can see the camera in my home page and I'm perfectly able to watch the live stream.
I've tried everything, rebooting the app, my phone, removing and readding the camera, nothing worked. I'm considering cancelling my plan.
Please advise.
PS notably, this camera is already part of my partner's plan. Is that what is preventing me from adding it to mine too? In which case, how can I access the recordings on my phone?
