Person Detection zone for C320 WS Hardware 1

Model: Tapo C320WS

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.3.11

Lots of lower spec tapo cameras are already getting the detection zone feature like the C310 V1, the c320WS V1 should too.
