Hii,

I bought 2 Tapo smart plugs in 2022 (P105). I was doing new stuff to set up my smart home and I added them to the Tapo app and 5 seconds later it disappears from the list. So I reset them, hoping that will fix it, it doesn't. They keep disappearing right after I add them. I also bought new smart plugs, same type, they don't disappear. Why do the 2 smart plugs that I already had keep disappearing?

If I go to the support page/trouble shooting page, you can select which item you have has an issue, all of a sudden the plug shows up in that list... But it doesn't show up in the control panel...
