Configuration guidance to set Static IP for camera

Model: Tapo C320WS

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.3.11

Hi, this is Max from Argentina and I'm trying to set this Static IP feature like you have for firmware like 1.2.2

I have total of 8 cameras and only few of them has this option in the advance settings page.

Kindly help me here, not sure what to do as my cameras having 1.3.11 doesn't allow this and I really need to get this working as static due to the power line cuts we suffer over this neighborhood.

Hi,
The Static IP address feature is not supported on all Tapo camera models now.
The Tapo C320WS V2 with FW 1.2.2 supports this feature. However, the Tapo C320WS V1 does not support this feature now, and it will support this feature via firmware update in the future.
We suggest waiting patiently for the new firmware.
