I have restarted my router recently and when it came back on, my two Tapo C200 Cam suddenly could not connect to the internet. 

I have tried to reset the camera and reconfigure but it is not reading my internet. It can scan other network except my own WiFi. 

 

Below are the steps I have done so far

*Reset to factory setting

* I have already tried adjusting my router setting to just 2.4 GHz

* tried using other phone using a different account log in,

*I also tried connecting it to other network so I can check the firmware if updated and it is updated.

* Our router does not have mac address filtering 

*I've turned off band steering

 

Please kindly help.

Hi,
You can try the following tips and check if they are helpful.
  1. Set different 2.4G and 5G Wi-Fi names on your router, connect your phone to the 2.4G Wi-Fi, and check if the internet connection is working.
  2. Check the 2.4G Wi-Fi channel on the router, please ensure the Wi-Fi channel is within 1-11. 
  3. Go to your router's Wi-Fi settings and make sure the 2.4G SSID is not hidden.
  4. Factory reset the camera and ensure it has a flash red and green light before configuring it.
  5. Test if you can detect the router's 2.4G Wi-Fi name on your camera.

Hi,
After changing the router's Wi-Fi channel, can the camera detect your router's Wi-Fi? If not, you can try other tips in my previous post.
