Hi all, 

I have a TD21 and I have set it up as per instructions however I have noticed when someone does come to the door, it only starts to record them once they are fully standing in front of the door! I have set the area of detection and changed the range sensitivity so it picks up from a further distance (do it will even pick up my neighbour leaving his flat) however when someone is actively on my doorstep, I only get alerted once they are already there!

Last night I had someone steal something from my front door and I was notified of a person detected and what has been recorded is the person already crouching down to pick up the item and then them running away, so at no point did I get to see their face because it's activating too late! 

I have tried tweaking it as much as I can and it's not changing anything!

Anybody know how to change this?
