Hello to the forum.
Im having a problem with the night mode on the camera.when in day mode picture is clear even at night.when i enter night mode everything is dark like in the photos.

1. On the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Video & Display > Night Mode settings page, which mode you have selected?
You can select the Infrared mode and check if it helps.
2. It looks like the problem is caused by light reflection from the wall next to the camera. We suggest adjusting the direction of the camera and try not to include too many wall areas in the live view page.
