Verify whether the Tapo cameras are still connected to the cloud: turn off wifi and enable cellular data on your phone, then check whether you can watch the camera in the Tapo app. When the camera is offline, third-party platform controls will fail.
If the camera remote control is not working, refer to the suggestions here to fix this problem first. What should I do if I can't view the Tapo camera?
As for the streaming issue in SmartThings app:
- Update camera firmware to the latest version. How to update the firmware of the Tapo devices on the Tapo App
- Make sure the SmartThings app is updated on both mobile phone and the TV. Try to delete and reinstall the app.
- Unlink and relink Tapo and SmartThings. How to Configure Tapo / Kasa Devices to Work with Samsung SmartThings
- Check with different mobile phones/tablets.

It is supported. But note that device features are limited on third-party platforms. For camera, basic feature such as watching live stream is supported.

As said already. It’s the C425. But I also have problems to see the live stream in Smartthings.
Is there any solution?
