Good morning. By mistake I used a power supply similar to the original, 12v. and 1 A. Now the Tapo C200 camera does not turn on. Is it irreparably damaged? Is it repairable? Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Take the Tapo C200 V5 as an example, the output voltage of the original power adapter is 9V/0.6A. If you use a power adapter with 12V/1A output voltage to power the camera, it may damage the camera and its irreparably.
You can go to the official website > C200's Support page > select the hardware version > Datasheet to find its power output voltage.
