Night recording

Camera recording great in daytime but all blurred at night. Can you advise please before I take it back? Thanks

Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. On the Tapo app > camera's Device Settings > Video & Display > Video Quality page, which option have you selected？
2. How many devices(such as phones, iPads, and PCs) are streaming the camera simultaneously in the daytime or at night?
3. Does the camera store video recordings on our cloud server or the inserted SD card?
4. Can you send us the camera videos recorded in the daytime and at night? You can upload the videos to your cloud server(such as Google Drive), generate a link to download them, and send me(@Solla-topee) the link via a private message.
