My camera turns off whenever it boots up and rotates for panning

Whenever I starts it boots up and panning and when it pans it shuts off I have to hold the camera so it won't pan then it works

Hi,
1. Have you used the original power adapter to power the camera? If not, try the original power adapter.
2. If there is an SD card inserted into the camera, remove it for a try.
3. When the camera is working, try to press the reset button for 10 seconds to factory reset it, then reconfigure it and check if the problem will be solved.
