The cameras alarm for detection can't stop it. Have tried resting it it just  activates the alarm. Removed camera from account plugged in another location still the alarm non stop. Prior to this happening the camera was for ever off-line. It's connected wireslly to a mesh network of the same brand. It seems like it's just stuck I. A loop and I can't fix it. Can't re pair it nothing is it time for a new camera? The rest of the cameras have an issue staying on line.

Hi,
Do you mean the camera can't connect to your home Wi-Fi successfully, and even if you have removed the camera from your TP-Link account, the camera will alarm when detecting events?

 

What's the LED status on the camera? Such as solid red/solid green/flashing red, etc.

 

Have you tried to factory reset the camera by pressing the reset button for 10 seconds, then reconfiguring it and checking if you can set it up?
