  @Wisenut

Hi,
Typically, you can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot when failing to establish the RTSP/Onvif connection.
What can I do if fail to stream the Tapo camera via the RTSP/ONVIF protocol?

Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
  1. List the troubleshooting you did and the results.
  2. Send me(@Solla-topee) your camera's MAC address via a private message.
  3. Are you using the third-party app named Onvif Device Manager? Can you establish the RTSP/Onvif connection with iSpy/VLC apps?
      How to view Tapo camera on PC/NAS/NVR through RTSP/Onvif Protocol

Best Regards

  @Solla-topee thanks for the reply. I have 2 c110 and 3 c210 tapo cameras connected to dlink software NVR dcs100. after one c110 autoupdated to firmare 1.4.0 give wrong credentials error. I have tried to remove it from tapo app and add it again with no joy. I have sent mac address by message

  @Wisenut

Hi,
1. The camera updated to the firmware 1.4.0 should be a Tapo C100 rather than Tapo C110.

2. Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
  1) Please describe your network diagram. Are the Tapo cameras and D-Link NVR connected to the same router's Wi-Fi?
  2) If you have not changed the camera account on the camera's Device Settings > Advanced Settings > Camera Account page, you can have a try.
  3) Please try to install the VLC or iSpy program on your PC, then refer to the instructions below to establish the RTSP/Onvif connection and check if it will work.
      How to view Tapo camera on PC/NAS/NVR through RTSP/Onvif Protocol
  4) Would you please send us pictures or videos showing the process of establishing the Onvif connection with D-Link NVR?

Best Regards
