Can’t pan and tilt
When operating remotely, can see the screen but can't pan and tilt.
when operating at home under local WiFi, no problem at all.

1. Do you Pan & Tilt the camera remotely via the Tapo app?
2. If you tap the Pan & Tilt Correction on the camera's Device Settings > Pan & Tilt page remotely, will the camera pan or tilt?

Hi,
Do you mean you can Pan & Tilt the camera remotely after tapping the Pan & Tilt Correction, but the problem occurs again when you try to log in to the Tapo app again to Pan & Tilt the camera remotely?
If so, please refer to the following instructions to collect the camera log, and let me know after you collected it.
