Hi,
Currently, the Tapo camera does not support the feature to delete the video clips stored on the inserted SD card. However, you can go to the camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording > Local Storage page, and tap the "Format SD card" to format the SD card(delete all video recordings) if needed.
For the request to support deleting video clips, you can vote on the thread "Manually deleting video from SD card" and leave your usage scenario for evaluation.
