I have two different Tapo cameras and when I go to download the app I'm being asked for model number and even the version number. If I have two different camera models, which app do I download ?

Please double-check the model number of your cameras, are they Tapo C320WS and Tapo C310? We do not have a Tapo camera called CW310.
You can go to Google Play or Apple Store to download the Tapo app on your phone to set up and manage the Tapo cameras. All Tapo cameras can be managed by the Tapo app.
