If you have other issues, please confirm the following information.
1. What's the model number of your Tapo camera?
2. Is your problem that the cloud video clips are too short? If not, please describe your problem in detail so I can better help you.
3. Send me(@Solla-topee) your camera's MAC address via a private message.
