deleted video

if i may kindly ask, why is it that we cannot restore them? i find brutal because sometimes some can intentionally delete without you knowledge.

Hi,
Typically, only the person who has your owner TP-Link account can delete the video clips. If you do not share your account with other persons, no other person can delete your camera's video clips. Below are some tips to protect your account.
1) Use complex passwords (a mixture of upper and lower letters, numbers, and symbols) when signing up.
2) Use a unique password different from other website accounts to avoid being involved in their accidental data breaches.
3) Change your passwords regularly.
4) Use the 2FA feature on the Tapo app.
