Missing days of recording

I am missing 4 days the 21st 22nd 23rd and 25th buy have all the days before and after how is this possible

1. What's the model number, firmware, and hardware version of your camera?
2. Have you subscribed to the Tapo Care service for your camera? Or do you store the video recordings on the inserted SD card?
3. Have you changed any settings on the camera on those specific dates? Such as changing the Detection, Storage & Recording settings, enabling privacy mode, applying Home/Away mode settings, etc.
