Model: Tapo C200  
Hardware Version: V3
Firmware Version: 1.4.1

I am receiving detection alerts for my Tapo C200 remotely, I can control some aspects of the camera remotely such as reboot and privacy mode, but not able to view the live feed.

If I reboot the camera through the application or unplug, it works for a few minutes. According to the app the camera is online, connected to WiFi.

I'm running the application on an android 14 mobile device. It was all working well until a few days ago.

You can refer to the following instructions to troubleshoot if you fail to watch the camera's live feed remotely.
What should I do if I can't view the Tapo camera?
 

If the problem remains, please confirm the following information.
  1. Please list the troubleshooting you did and the results.
  2. Please go to the camera's Device Settings > Device Info page, tap the Wi-Fi icon, and check the RSSI value.
  3. What's the model number of your router?
  4. On the camera's Device Settings > Advanced Settings > Display Settings page, please select the Compatible mode for a try.
