P100 v2.0 not controllable over internet

I have a mix of Tapo P100 devices (v1.0 and v2.0), and have found that of them, only the v1.0 devices show up as reachable when I am roaming with my mobile phone.
As soon as I connect my phone to the same Wi-Fi as the v2.0 P100s, they become reachable again.
Is there a fix for this?

You may try to restart both the router and the smart plug. It might also help by changing router DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4.

@Wayne-TP Have tried that (though I use 1.1.1.1 which is Cloudflare). This affects both the v2.0 plugs and no other device in the network. I have tried two different routers, tried shunting them through a VPN, tried removing and adding them back fresh—but every time I drop from the Wi-Fi they're on, I lose them in the app.
