Model: Tapo C325WB
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.4

I have just bought 2 X C325WB camera, I have set them both up, updated the firmware and installed SD cards.

However I have noticed that only one of the cameras has a male voice that helps you set up and notifys if the SD card is not formatted, the other camera has no voice at all.  Both are the same model, same version and same firmware.

Is one of the cameras defective?

Thanks.

Used the same phone to them both up. I did a factory reset and that seemed to sort things out. Thanks

  @Brooksy180

Hi,
Do you configure the two cameras with the same phone and the same Tapo app? Usually, the voice will appear when the Tapo app language is English.
You can try to factory reset the camera without voice by pressing the reset button for 10s, reconfigure it with the phone that you used to configure the other camera, and then check if it will have voice.
Best Regards
