It says download "failed" on the Tapo app and video does not download to the camera.
Video recording looks normal if viewed on the tapo app.

Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. What's the model number and OS version of your phone? What's your Tapo app version?
2. Please check if you can download the video clips from the SD card on a different phone if you have one.
3. Try to uninstall the Tapo app, clean caches on your phone, then reinstall the latest Tapo app and check if you can download the video clips from the SD card.
