I have changed my broadband provider, since then my smart plugs are showing as offline on the app. I have tried connecting one via wps but not happening. I am not getting option to add a new one.

Until I tried resetting both were still working on timer, but now the one I tried to reset isn't working.

I can't see how to change router details. Can anyone help with what I need to do?

Did you also change a new router with different wifi name and password? The smart plug will go offline if its connected wifi network is gone. To connect the smart plug to a new wifi, you will need to reset it. Or, you may change the wifi name and password on the new router, make it the same as the old one.
