C520WS v2 ONVIF events on NAS

Hi,
I have two problems integrating the camera through ONVIF with my TERRAMASTER NAS:
1) Motion detection events are not signalled to the NAS
2) Live is perfect but when recording RTSP stream1 the .mp4 is unplayable
Probably are both related to the NAS SW, but just in case, anyone else has detected similar issues?
Regards.

Perform some comparison tests with other RTSP/ONVIF software, check if there are similar problem. If not, the problem is probably on the NAS, you will need to contact their support for assistance.
☆ What can I do if fail to stream the Tapo camera via the RTSP/ONVIF protocol?

Does the detection and recording work well in the Tapo app? Do you have a Tapo Care subscription and a microSD card for the camera as well?

@Wayne-TP It's working fine on the TAPO app, I have micro-SD but I don't trust on its security (camere can be stolen or removed) so I need to record elsewhere in a NAS for example. Unfortunately TAPO cloud is too expensive for me. I would like to have a camera able to detect motion and store image or video to FTP or SMB but unfortunately device manufacturers are preferring cloud options. Anyway, ONVIF signalling is not working on my NAS. I know there was many issues on same cameras but V1 I have a V2 do you know if there are issues using outside your APP?
