Model: Tapo C410 KIT  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.0.24

We have 2 outdoor cameras c410 , one with Firmware 1.0.4, the other one with version 1.0.24. The camera with version 1.0.24 cannot be accessed without being connected to the home network. However, no firmware update is available. Can Customer Support push the firmware update if we provide the mac no. ?

For the remote control failure issue, please refer to the troubleshooting suggestions here. What to do if I can't control my Tapo cameras on the Tapo app?

 

A product might have different hardware versions, and its firmware version varies as well. It seems like you have a Tapo C410 V1.0 and a V1.20, their firmware are both updated.
