Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: Version 1.1.4 Build 241219

I have been using C200 camera for past two but never faced such issue. After power outage the camera is moving to an unwanted position which never happened previously. I have already checked that there is no new update for the firmware (V1.1.4) or for the TAPO app on my android device.


I have NOT activated NOR I have used below settings since installation of my camera:
1. Motion detection
2. Pan/Tilt feature

3. Pan/Tilt correction
4. Reboot feature

5. Patrol Mode

 

Is there any way I can lock my camera to a particular position so that when power returns then it should get fixed to my previously set position?

Hi, 
Please check if you tap the Pan & Tilt Correction button on the Tapo app for the Tapo C200, whether the camera will pan & tilt to the same unwanted position as the power outage.
