tapo c200 only solid red

I bougt the camera yesterday. When I plug it it only shows solid red light. I tried holding reset (while plugged in) for 5s, and also longer, but the red light still does not blink. What else can I do?

You can try the following steps and check if they are helpful.
1. Remove the SD card from the camera if there is one.
2. Connect the camera to the original power adapter.
3. Turn off the camera, wait for two minutes, and turn on the camera.
4. Try to press the reset button for 10 seconds to factory reset the camera.
If the LED on the camera only shows red light and does not respond to the reset operation, it's recommended to contact your retailer or our local team to check if the camera is under warranty.
